What is PureHelp?
PureHelp is a donation transparency and community assistance platform built by PureHelp Network Inc.. It helps organizations, local government units and community groups run donation drives where every beneficiary is verified and every hand-off is recorded, so donors can see that their help arrived.
When will the PureHelp app be available?
The app is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Organizations that want early access can email info@purehelp.com.ph to request a demo.
How do I delete my account or my data?
In the app, you can delete your account from your account settings. You can also email info@purehelp.com.ph from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request" (the link below fills it in for you). We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep.
How do I report a problem with a distribution or event?
Email info@purehelp.com.ph with the event name, date and location, and tell us what happened. Include photos if you have them. We review every report and follow up with the organization that ran the event.
How is my personal data protected?
We collect only what is needed to verify identities and record donations. We protect it with role-based access controls and encryption in transit, and we handle it in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
