These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PureHelp mobile app, the PureHelp web platform and this website (together, the "Services"), provided by PureHelp Network Inc. ("PureHelp", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
What PureHelp does
PureHelp provides tools to plan donation drives, register and verify participants, confirm distributions with QR codes and PINs, capture proof of delivery, and generate transparency reports.
PureHelp is a technology platform. Donation drives and assistance programs are run by the organizations and hosts that create them. Unless we say otherwise for a specific program, PureHelp does not collect, hold or distribute donated money or goods, and is not a party to the arrangements between donors, organizations and beneficiaries.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. A minor may take part as a beneficiary only when registered by a parent, guardian or authorized organization.
Your account
- Give accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password, QR codes and PINs confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at info@purehelp.com.ph if you suspect unauthorized use.
Roles and responsibilities
- Donors are responsible for confirming that a program matches their intentions before they give.
- Hosts and organizations are responsible for the programs they create. This includes complying with the laws that apply to their fundraising and assistance activities (including any permits or registrations they need), making sure the information and reports they publish are accurate, and obtaining any consents needed to register beneficiaries.
- Verifiers and volunteers must carry out validations honestly, and only for events they are assigned to.
- Receivers must give truthful information and must not claim assistance they are not eligible for.
- Partner merchants must honor valid vouchers under the terms of the program and record redemptions accurately.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- give false identity or eligibility information, or impersonate anyone;
- make duplicate or fraudulent claims, or help anyone else do so;
- share, copy or misuse QR codes or PINs issued to someone else;
- upload content that is unlawful or misleading, that infringes anyone's rights, or that shows people in a degrading way;
- access data you are not authorized to see, or try to disrupt, probe or reverse engineer the Services;
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of the photos, notes and documents you upload. You grant PureHelp a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process and display that content as needed to operate the Services, including in the audit trails and transparency reports of the programs it relates to. You confirm that you have the right to upload it and, where it shows other people, that you have their consent or another lawful basis to do so.
Intellectual property
The Services, including the PureHelp name, logo and software, belong to PureHelp Network Inc. and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use them except to use the Services as intended.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". PureHelp's verification tools reduce the risk of fraud and error but cannot eliminate it. We do not guarantee the outcome of any program or the conduct of any user.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PureHelp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for the loss of donations, goods or data caused by the acts or omissions of other users. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other users at risk. You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
When we update these Terms, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If the changes are significant, we will also tell you through the app or by email. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be resolved by the proper courts of the Philippines.
